Question: Mac keyboard and indesign cs4 software?

Hi I want to learn Indesign CS4, I need to learn it on a MAC keyboard. This is to improve the little skills I have obtained from at work, and creating and changing pdf form layouts is my new job. I would like to have a small set up at home to help me accomplish my need to improve upon my skills at creating these forms. But with all of the computer stuff out there, I am afraid I may overspend by someone selling me more than I would need. My home will just be practice and I can upload my saved forms to a flashdrive and download that to my windows PC in pdf. Any thoughts as to what I need to look for and what price range so I don't get sold the kitchen sink by someone saying I need this or that when I really do not. Sorry, only been using PC Window stuff my whole computer life. thanks |
