Question: Salsa dance training, need affordable software that separate (take-out) instruments in music.?

I want to be able to take out the instruments/ tracks and then add them back later. I also want to vary the tempo of the Salsa tune. I would appreciate suggestions.

The only way you can do that is with the original multi-track studio recording.. Once mixed down to stereo the individual tracks can't be separated.
