Question: Internet problems with my new laptop, toshiba?

I just bought this laptop yesterday for college, and I was setting everything up on it yesterday, then I logged on today and the wireless connection button doesn't even open now it just has the loading sign over it, and it wont even let me open up a internet browser when I click it nothing happens, i can click anything else and it pops up right away, I tried going to internet options, but it wont even open those up like connect to a network, connect to the internet, etc none of that will open either. It was fine yesterday worked like a brand new car, but today nothing involving internet works. What can I do to fix this, I tried system restore but it wont restore it just gets a error message, any suggestions? do not say take it back and get another, I would like to fix this one if possible because I have already set everything up and have it ready for college |
