Windows 7. Share internet connection?
I have Windows 7 & want to share my wifi with my friend who also has Windows 7 through a home group maybe..? Only its not really wifi. Its a verizon wireless pc card.. Pantech UM175 modem.. WWAN driver thingy. I think its Dial Up... Anyway theres no wifi where we are & I only have this installed on my computer and I was wondering if its possible to share the internet connection somehow with my friend's computer.. If so, how do I do this? And I'm like 14 so .. could you explain it in the easiest way possible for me to understand, please. lol thank you< 3
Can someone tell me the name of a program that limits the speed of users using the same internet?
people download constantly at high speeds and lag the internet we all share so i'm looking for a program that slows them down or disconnects them from the internet.
My internet is running very slowly?
every time i try and view a website it will take about 2 5 minutes to open and then say " can not view web page" so i click the button that says " diagnose connection problems" and then it randomly just starts working again. Then when i click another link the same thing happens all over again. I've already tried clearing the browsing history cookieswhat should i do?

Right today, I was watching tv, and dragons den was on and it was showing previous items that had been pitched and 'Ratstrap' was shown... So I checked out google to see how much they costed just because I was bored... And I ended up on 'ScrewFix.com' and I saw the rapstrap item.Right, so 5 hours later... I am on urbandictionary looking up a definition and in the middle of the page is an advert for 'Screwfix.com' and the ratstrap item was shown on it...Are internet advertisements based on your previous history or was that just the weirdest coincidence?Oh right, because it has happened before too, I thought it couldnt be that coincidental lol, thanks
My linksys router wont give any internet.?
My linksys router just stopped working outta no were and i cant get it working again. It wont give out any internet from any of the 4 ports on that back. I do not know if its getting any internet or if it just wont give any to the ports...I have reset it ant nothing happens...the power light just keeps blinkin rapidly and wot do n e thing else.
Please really need help with managing tabs under internet options?
OK this is the problem have a page open and want to click on something then want to immediately click off to earn points but the original page does not stay open so this is very time consumming. I have played around with the tab settings under internet options with no luck. I have explorer 7. Thanks Could anyone give me step by step simple instructions please?
Computer connects to internet but programs don't?
I'm having a peculiar problem where I can connect to the internet and use google and the like, but for some reason absolutely none of my programs can connect to the internet. Whether it be a game, windows messenger, or a program trying to update. They all say I should check to make sure my internet is plugged in. I have a feeling it may be because of drivers, but I have no idea where to start.It's not a problem with the router, I have several other devices that have no issues getting the internet, my laptop being one of them, the problem definitely resides within my computer.I've uninstalled and re installed a few programs, that isn't helping either
