Okay i turn my computer on and then it goes to the windows Xp loading screen and then it restarts and it do this over and over again. Sometimes it goes to the screen where it say Start windows normally and also the other and i pressed them all and it still doesn't work. I don't have the windows Xp system restore disk nor do I have the Windows Xp Installation disk is there anything i can do?...And also when i press reboot it restarts without rebooting

Nothing else you can do but get hold of a Windows XP Installation CD somehow. Your current operating system is already corrupted which is why it is just rebooting in an endless loop.
